I worked at MRINetwork full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great training in the fundamentals. Too many mom & pop shop recruiters think they can post a position on-line to get the candidates. MRI teaches you to truly "head hunt" and uncover the passive candidates.

    Cons

Need better screening of some of the franchise owners. Some are not even able to pick up the phone to recruit, so they can't be successful training recruiters to do something they won't do themselves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Weed the poor franchisees out. They harm the brand far more than their royalty dollars are worth.

I worked at MRINetwork full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Excellent income potential, great colleagues and work life balance. Was able to learn much about a variety of industries.

    Cons

confining speaking on the phone all day and working in a cubicle, very competitive, difficult to get established especially in a new industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to be supportive and helpful to new recruiters. Keep providing them with the training tools they need.
