MVCI shines during hard times.

Front Office Manager (Current Employee)
Orlando, FL (US)

I have been working at Marriott Vacation Club

ProsVery large, well respected company that treats employees fairly. The product is far above average for the industry. Employees are treated with dignity and respect and hard work is generally acknowledged. Individuals are able to make a difference with regards to ideas and input.

ConsLong hours, not much personal life, LOW salary.

Advice to Senior ManagementSpend more time with the people that are in contact with customers on a daily basis. These are the people that truly know what is going on at a given moment. Sometimes business as usual is not good. Get out and experience it hands on. This is how you truly connect with customers.

Marriott no longer values associates, only the bottom line.
