Pros

Great Benefits along with exam reimbursements if you are in the Actuarial Student Program.

Cons

They could do better with the exam reimbursements for the actuarial program because they only reimburse One try. After that, you only get reimbursed if you pass the exam

Advice to Management

All in all, you guys are doing a good job!

    Pros

Extremely flexible time. Choose your own market and client. No earning cap.

    Cons

No base pay. Monthly $140 fee to be a full-time agent. Lots of calling required to survive. Friends and familes become your business.

I have been working at MassMutual full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Given a lot of freedom and opportunity to make good money after a couple years. You can really help people you work with but very hard to succeed if you have a family or any bills to pay

    Cons

After you fall off of your financing contract, which you will, it becomes very difficult to survive. You will also find out that when you do, any residual income you would have received is no longer paid unless you get back on financing. This is where you need that residual income the most and then all the sudden it is gone. Work life also depends on your GA, we had two, the first was amazing, the second left much to be desired.

    Advice to Management

Inform agents on the affects of falling off financing before they sign.
