“My experience is ok, not too bad nor too good...”
I have been working at Mastech full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – They make sure that you are on a job...
Cons – Sometime the bench period is not enough to find the next gig.
Advice to Senior Management – Please make sure to have standard benefits across the board including matching 401K etc.
