“One of the best cultures I have seen”
Former Employee – worked at Mercer full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Smart, progressive and strongly value based culture. Good compensation package. Reasonable career advancement opportunities at junior levels
Cons – Limited opportunities for mid to senior level staff unless you are an actuary.
Advice to Senior Management – Recent changes seem short sighted. Take a long term view and invest in product innovation.
