Pros

Smart, progressive and strongly value based culture. Good compensation package. Reasonable career advancement opportunities at junior levels

Cons

Limited opportunities for mid to senior level staff unless you are an actuary.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recent changes seem short sighted. Take a long term view and invest in product innovation.

    Overworked in relation to pay, limited job security, little room for advancement.

    Pros

    Quick money, overtime more than available.

    Cons

    Most hiring at the Norwood office is done through a few temp agencies with a farm of workers, which in turn allows emotional managers the ability to fire you without cause. A revolving door, at least half of new hires through the temp agencies won't last a month. Not allowed to look at cell phones on the floor. Two 15 minute breaks monitored very CLOSELY. Heck they may even count the amount of times that you go to the bathroom.... not kidding.

    Can't say much, its very cost effective for the company so business wise, they are doing a hell of a job. They have mastered how to get the last second of labor from each and every employee.
