    Equitable treatment of employees is understandably difficult when you grow rapidly, but in the long term is essential for retention of talent. Evaluating staff assignments and responsibilities on a regular basis may bring disdraught situation to light so that talented staff can be saved

    Great benefits. Competitive pay compared to others in the area

    Cons

    Training a bit scattered. Supervision doesn't seem to know what to do. No basic metric to follow so one supervisor will tell you something completely different than another.
