Current Employee – been working at MetLife full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – I like my co-workers. People are friendly. I feel that my supervisor advocates for me. Paid Time Off and other benefits are generous.

Cons – Every two years or so our basic philosophy and work procedures change.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop reinventing the wheel and stick with what works.
