Pros

Customers were fun to interact with, Flexible hours, easy work.

Cons

Retail pay ~ 9.45 in WA

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overall a decent experience but not a great one, there was fairly quick turnover with some of the employees, and new management had to get rid of some of the older (not so great) employees. Some coworkers were horrible interacting with customers, but that is most likely a result of the retail environment.

    lot of great people to work with at store ,fun customers,nice discount 25%

    micromanaged,lack of communication in district and regional level,long hours,be ready to do lots of moving of merchandise

    people at district and regional levels need to be more honest and not talking out of both sides of their mouth

    Great people, good work environment

    Cons

    Training as-you-go, short breaks, no regular schedule for seasonal associates (i.e. morning shift one day, closing shift the next), no shelf or merchandise dusting leads to allergic reactions in both employees and customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more sales associates on the floor to keep merchandise dusted and clean, clean the air filters more often
