Pros

Smartest group of people an any company. Diverse, caring, professional, people do what it takes to get the job done. Not afraid to switch course quickly.

Cons

It is a large company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to not be compared to Consumer Companies such as Apple and Google. Enterprise is a completely different market.

    Native software development for the most part. Get to work on the latest operating systems and technology.

    Cons

    Extremely competitive environment.
    Technical skills alone do not determine growth, people skills sometimes overshadow the technical depth.
