“Great experience”
Current Employee – been working at MillerCoors full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great brands, fun events, solid innovation, cool company. Looking to get younger and adapt with the changing consumer. Great time if your on the right team and working for the right manager.
Cons – Many changes with brand direction, work life balance, fairly flat organization. Goals are drilled down without much local market perspective, feel unrealistic.
Advice to Senior Management – Streamline product introductions in a more efficient manner from A-Z, set more realistic goals.
