    Pros

    1. Good enviroment for work (both formally and informally)
    2. There is hierarchy but the higher ups are approachable giving you the feeling of flat architecture
    3. Has a grad training which lets you build a good network inside the firm from your batch
    4. A good place for career stabilizing

    Cons

    1. A lots of applications/srvices are personalized: giving less exposure to tech. details that is used
A lot of time is used for coping up with the internal tech. than understanding their necessity
    2. (A personal feeling) Formal dress in the technolody department also which kinda demotivates me as an engineer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. The grad training program should be made more meaningful and more directed towqards the technologies used inside the firm
This should save both time and effort

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
