“Great place to work if you can afford the starting salary.”
Current Employee – been working at Morningstar full-time for less than a year
Pros – Flexible Schedule
Unlimited Time-Off/Vacation
Great Team Environment
Good Training Program
Cons – Starting Salary is not up to par with Job Requirements
Advice to Senior Management – Improve the starting salaries to more closely compete with the job, not the area.
