    Long term employee who has been able to move up and around the company..

    I have been working at Morningstar full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros: - Smart People - Not working weekends and crazy hours Cons: - Need to hire more people to take on projects and work that just isn't being done - Pay isn't that great, and neither are… Advice to Senior Management: Loosen up a bit on the purse strings..
