I worked at NIKE as a contractor for less than a year

Pros

Great location & great campus with lots of creative people.

Cons

Not a lot of interest in keeping anyone working on contract no matter how well you are doing your job and not a lot of feedback when in that position either.

I worked at NIKE full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It's Nike. Best culture of any company....ever.

    Cons

The company is too big and is best suited to be broken into smaler units. Also, you cannot claim ownership of ANYTHING! Get used to that, or go somewhere else. and 80/20 rule applies - 20% of the people make 80% of the $. It's impossible to find your way in this company unless another Sr. employee looks out for you.
