ConsWith limited grown space, not so suitable for young newly gratuated students want to work hard play hard. No grow room for foreigners.

Advice to Senior ManagementMaybe more open minded, don't set bondoury between foreigners and japanese. Top talent programe is suggested to motivate young talents.
