Room to be what you want

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsNice place to work, lots of smart people. Projects are reasonable. Fair amount of drudgery that I didn't anticipate out of school, but that's the real world I suppose.

There is a little bit of build-up as far as experienced engineers, which can cause some positions to get backed up.

ConsSometimes people work crazy hard, and I'm not exactly sure why. The company will be fine if you don't work 18 hour days.

Advice to Senior ManagementReducing red tape would be nice, but it's a big company.
