I have been working at Nestlé full-time

Pros – Great people, quality life, so many different areas that you can be in the same company for years and have lots of different experiences

Cons – HR is horrible, getting a straight answer is difficult, if you want to move around or change, it is best to rely on relationships you have built, have to be comfortable with uncertainty

Advice to Senior Management – Need to deliver on time with contracts and feedback. No clear process for recruiting or criteria for positions.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
