Current Employee – been working at News Corp
Pros – The starting pay / benefits is better than the industry average.
Cons – Quality and creativity continue to be sacrificed to the automation gods with no consideration beyond cost-saving.
Advice to Senior Management – From top to bottom, your employees have made you successful. Automation/Outsourcing will never replace the experience and talent you're loosing.
