Former Employee – worked at Northwestern Mutual full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Third party acolades are huge; insurance policies unmatched; income unlimited; technology is advanced; people are great

Cons – commission only; you are self employed- so expense management is huge

Advice to Senior Management – service model for old ins. & inv. accounts is so outdated....Service work gets horrendous as the decades pile up.
