    Pros

Vast rotation within months at different departments. You can experience a different expossure at a very short time. If u want to work in a challenging situation, this is a perfect place.

    Cons

Be careful with your perks and benefit. Its a surprising after a while, you are announced that they count your benefit wrongly.

    Pros

Great benefits and the ability to gain experience across many different areas of corporate finance

    Cons

The divide between folks working in the bullpens and those working in offices is significant--little or no communication between the upper and lower levels. Also, the halls are so quiet it's eery.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Finance is a formal business, but that doesn't mean you can't talk to each other, share a joke, say hello or be sociable.
