Current Employee – been working at PPL full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Excellent job security, great benefits, large company with room for both vertical and lateral moves, effort is rewarded

Cons – Like all large companies, they are conservative and can tend to be process-bound

Advice to Senior Management – Try your best to identify areas where we can simplify and speed up workflows. Endeavor to increase rewards for effort and not just longevity. Continue your policy of encouraging personal and workplace safety.
