Pros – Working with internationally recognised brands, new excellently appointed offices, good employee benefits and HR policies such as flexible working and gym membership. Innovative product development and investment in R&D

Cons – Bureaucracy, management by committee, slow moving decision making, late adopters of new media, risk averse and cautious with new ways of working, lack of transparency in employee grades and salaries.

Advice to Senior Management – I doubt they would use it.
