Current Employee – been working at Panera Bread full-time for more than a year

Pros – I felt that my training was very thorough.
The managers do their best to accommodate your availability and stuff that comes up short notice.
 If you want, there is definitely a possibility to move up in the company if you're good at what you do.

Cons – Can be very stressful during busy times.
Some of the managers are young and inexperienced.
