too much bureaucracy and the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing

    can work from home, great upper management, excellent work

    Cons

    contract workers are hit or miss: I had a project and lost it due to changes within upper management.

    During slow times you end up doing menial tasks
    Too many reorgs.

    Listen to what the employees want to change. Change is good and the same old way of doing things will make us obsolete.
