I have been working at People Tech Group full-time for more than a year

Pros – i. Great work environment, Managers and colleagues will help you at any point. They are very friendly and great potential to lean new Technologies
ii. Best platform for freshers to learn as company has projects in all new Technologies in ERP and other Tools.
iii. upgrade for new Technologies happens now and then with Successive Skill set Training
iv. Employee motivation happens a lot in the company like celebrations, Day out, team lunch etc.
v. No bossism in the company, Can reach out any manager or even CEO for any queries
Vi No stress, they follow Flexi time, can balance your work life and family life.

Cons – Need work more on stream lining policies in the organization, As its growing company it may take some time but the way company is growing is enormous!!!!!!!!
