ConsPeople usually stay within "their boundaries" due to racial insecurities, Leads sometimes expect you to know what you need to do, Hard to get a full time postion

    Old School Thinking

    Pros: The benefits are pretty good even though they have started… Cons: Old technology - I have a computer that came out in 2008 and there are no plans to upgrade.
