Current Employee – been working at Precision Castparts

Pros – There is an ability to move up the company quickly as well as above average compensation with the quarterly bonus program. Easy ability to interface with management.

Cons – You will never able to get all of your work done because they load you up with more projects than you can handle. Some positions have the expectation to work every weekend

Advice to Senior Management – Too many metrics and not enough foresight to tackle future issues.
