Former Employee – worked at Press Ganey

Pros – Overall the enviroment was good to work in, not much travel, people tend to want to help each other on the lower levels. Health benefits are really good.

Cons – There is massive nepotism throughout management, lack of clear career paths, no value on education, no value of performance but rather complacancy and thinking inside the box rather than outside the box. Management does not take feedback.

Advice to Senior Management – Make it about the employee's as it was in the past, even though profitability is still good with the company, it will continue to grow instead of slow due to high employee turn over. Need more leadership that is not related, only at Press Ganey for years, or part of the same "group"
