“Very tough opportunity to make it work out.”
Former Employee – worked at Prudential full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great Company
Good Products
Decent training program.
Cons – Need to know 200 plus people willing to do business with you to get feet on the ground.
No salary of any kind.
Difficult to prospect in this environment.
Too many meetings.
Advice to Senior Management – Prudential has the money to provide some sort of base pay. Will continue to have high failure rate with current model.
