Pros

Note: i was working as an IT Specialist in the office. Not as a canvasser.
Great office culture (casual, friendly)
Felt like my superiors actually cared
Got to learn a lot
Enjoyed work!

Cons

Lower pay than other companies

    They guarantee hourly pay unlike other fundraising companies.

    Cons

    They will kick you out if you fail to meet their fundraising expectations

    I have been working at Public Outreach full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    flexible hours, good skill learning, supportive team, fair pay, great fufulliment if you do well

    Cons

    can be challanging, somewhat difficult to pass the evaluation phase, when you work full time it can be tiring to try and stop people on the street for 5 days in a row
