    Pros

Great brand name for your resume
Have exposure to the different industries
    Smart coworkers

    Cons

You are as good as who supports you. You need to know people to get on a project with high profile clients. You might be stuck on boring projects. Long hours and low pay.

Prospective CAs... You need them and they need you

    Pros

You need experience at a public firm in order to get your CA and make a ton of friends in the process. PwC people seem to be more social and "fun" than other big firms (at least in this city).

    Cons

Huge workload and lots of (unpaid) overtime. Can be extremely stressful at times, but I guess that's the price you pay for attaining a CA.
