Current Employee – been working at RGP

Pros – RGP provide fantastic opportunities to work with the top global businesses and raise my profile as a professional.

Cons – There are very few downsides with RGP, although if you are unwilling or unable to travel, your opportunitities may be limited.

Advice to Senior Management – Make the bonus scheme more transparent. The critical success factors are unclear, so it is difficult to understand how the cake is shared amongst the staff and what is required to maximise results.
