I have been working at Raytheon full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Good resources Excellent people to learn from, Interesting work and technology, Willingness to invest in technology development, Excellent boss. Culture was to fix problems instead of blame. My worst career mistake was leaving.

Cons – Some managers did not want to hire back former employees who left.

Advice to Senior Management – Tap your lower-level people more for advice on organizational improvement, direction, strategy, and policies.
