Current Employee – been working at Revlon
Pros – Fun, creative industry in the middle of New York City. Really nice working environment with smart, nice people. Large advertising campaigns.
Cons – Revlon was in such a bad place financially, that they brought in finance people to straighten everything out. The financials have gotten so much better, but there are no marketing people at the top level. A brand-driven company should probably have some marketing input at the highest level...
Advice to Senior Management – Leadership is getting better all the time. As soon as the leaders trust what the workers are doing, the products will do even better.
