Current Employee – been working at Robert Walters full-time for more than a year

Pros – Good classroom and on the job training program, and framework for new starters
Great team based culture with strong support network
Attractive success based financial rewards
Well known brand and well regarded in the Japan/Asia market

Cons – Very target/KPI focussed (but it is a sales job)
Team culture can really vary acrros the company
Non-transparent bonus structure

Advice to Senior Management – Keep the fun and dont sacrifice the culture in pursuit of cost cutting.
