I have been working at Rocky Mountain Chocolate full-time for more than a year
Pros – The culture is laid back and fun.
You get to eat candy at work.
You make sweets all day.
Cons – You wil get sick of chocolate after you've put on a few pounds.
You can get pretty board in the off season.
Not a career job.
Advice to Senior Management – Lead by example- if you work hard, so will the underdogs
