ConsHaving a different management style from the store manager can make things tricky.
All associates have to work at 100% for the business model to work. 80 associates at 100% and 1 associate at 75% and the model fails.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't trust store managers. They will lie about associates/supervisors/asms so they aren't held accountable.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
