    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop taking big salaries and give it back to the people doing the donkey work. The fact that you give yourselves £1m bonuses on top of your £1.5m salary is a disgrace, even when you told us there was no money in the pot. There wasnt when you and your mates had dabbled.
