I have been working at SAIC full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

work with multiple customers, challenging problems to solve and great people to work with

Cons

The copy is different for each division, I have worked in two and they are run totally different from each other. this could be good or bad, but just because one BU or division is bad does not mean the others are.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

McLean and San Diego are not your only locations, if you work out side of these areas, the benefits are lacking and the hope for employment in case of loss of coverage is low.

    I worked at SAIC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Work/life balance; benefits are excellent; it is great place to work because of coo-workers; if you perform well you do not have to worry about loosing your job since something will be found for you to work on

    Cons

    There is not enough training; it looks like management is not that interested to improve anything for its employees; it's hard to move on to a higher position;
