I have been working at SAP full-time (more than an year)

Pros

- nice people to work with
- good atmosphere
- free lunches (Lunch On Us card, you get $500/quarter and can buy lunch at participating restaurants around downtown)
- good work/life balance

Cons

- small cog in huge machine
- sometimes you work with really old, uninteresting legacy software
- range of software you must learn and fix is very large
- they want you to be able to do everything from manual testing to debugging of highly complex code
