Pros – The healthcare benefits are good

Cons – Management does not listen
working hours
Limited career opportunities
Company is currently going through a transition period
Recent downsizing of management

Advice to Senior Management – Remember that communication and follow through of your strategies are only as effective as those implementing those at the store level. Failing to get the employees at the store level to understand or even care about the strategy is this companies biggest downfall
