My experience was bad because although they talk like they will work around your school schedule they wont.

I worked at SYKES full-time (less than an year)

Pros

The pay is alright and you never have to work overnights. You get breaks and a lunch and the job is easy.

Cons

If you go one minute over on a break you get wrote up. If you miss a day and don't make it up that same week you get another write up.

    I worked at SYKES full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    As a manager if you work for a bigger account (130 agents) you receive a lot of support and resources.
    Very good trainings for management level.

    Cons

    If you work for a small account you receive almost no support.
    They kept there for a long time team leaders

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They should make it possible also for small accounts to receive all the support they need (trainers and more involvment from the other support departments)
    Don't keep in Team Leaders which are no good for those positions. It might be cost efficient, but on a long term it does bad for the teams
