“Good environment, bad salary compensation plan”
I worked at SYKES full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good people, good environment, flexible schedules
Cons – No salary increase or compensation.
Too disorganize at all management levels.
Lots of room from improvement in technology.
Advice to Senior Management – Watch out for your internal customer service too (HR, Payroll, IT, etc)
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
