ProsThe vision and mission is socially good.

ConsLimited opportunities for growth, unclear career paths.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire and promote from within, people can see that and appreciate it. Instead, in certain departments like the one I worked in, people were always hired from outside for the more senior positions.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Good initially as a start up. But lack of processes

A complete waste of my time

Pros: I got to share quality products with wonderful customers.… Cons: As a teacher, I expected Scholastic to be an extension of what I had done in teaching - a place where I could use my… Advice to Senior Management: To top management: get smart and promote some managers who can actually manage! Put people in place who will support the reps. Don't hire friends… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
