Current Employee – been working at Sherwin-Williams full-time for more than a year

Pros – Awesome company, run by motivated, capable, and passionate individuals. Great benefits, ample opportunity for advancement. If you are willing to work hard and strive for your best, this is the place for you, if you're looking to coast through your day sitting in a cubicle, look elsewhere.

Cons – The retail customers you deal with are the absolute only negative aspect of working at Sherwin Williams. You can do a $5,000 order for a contractor with almost no issues, and then you'll spend 2 hours helping some miserable/lonely housewife pick out a quart of paint.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up, you are doing great.
