Former Employee – worked at Sprint Nextel full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – The ability to move between jobs every year allows for a ton of personal growth if you seek out and capitalize on the opportunities.

Cons – During the last few years of my career, compensation was locked. Company results were dictating this issue, but as I had moved up several tiers of responsibility, my pay did not increase to reflect those changes. This ultimately led to me leaving.

Advice to Senior Management – The current management team seems to be doing well in turning the ship, I hope they continue down the current path.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
