Former Employee – worked at Sprint Nextel full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – When the company was Nextel we had a dynamic team that was committed to be the best in the wireless industry.

Cons – When Sprint bought out the company the innovative spirit was crushed.

Advice to Senior Management – Be mindful of corporate culture. When decisions are made by committee you are in the downward spiral.
