I worked at Sprint full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good Benefits
    Interesting Project opportunities
    Compensation is fair
    Flexible work
    Open to work from home
    Professional environment
Office environment was very nice clean
    Parking free
Opportunities to work in various areas on projects
Met some very interesting and diverse people here

    Cons

Management states to "Yell loud and Yell early" when there are problems on a project. But this can work against you. Being honest about internal politics or organizational bureaucracy can work against you.
    Bureaucracy and Politics
    Not an 8-5 job
May work more than 40 hours or be on call depending on your work area
    Layoffs are definitely possible
Moving into higher levels of management is more challenging as possibilities are more limited.
    No pension

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow through on open door policy
Follow through when employees come forth with issues within the organization or that impede project success.
    Bureaucracy
Politics -- try to eliminate so much of this to make work life more effective and efficient
    Listen to employee feedback

Former Employee - Retail Sales Consultant in Wichita, KS (US)

I worked at Sprint full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Autonomy to make sales decisions and implement your own sales strategies. Plenty of product training to ensure that you understood what was being sold and how to sell it.

    Cons

Company caps sales attainment multipliers and minimizes the amount of potential commission. More emphasis should be placed on rewarding high performers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to use more reward feedback strategies to maintain team moral and boost productivity
