I worked at Sprint full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

When the company was Nextel we had a dynamic team that was committed to be the best in the wireless industry.

Cons

When Sprint bought out the company the innovative spirit was crushed.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be mindful of corporate culture. When decisions are made by committee you are in the downward spiral.

    Pros

    Good people that genuinely care about each other and for the most part treat everyone very well. Good benefits and above average salaries. Some room to advance.

    Cons

    There is a complicated process for EVERYTHING. Expect a conference call just to outline a series of future conference calls with no real agenda or call to action.

    Remember what got you where you are. You can't be everything to everyone.
