St. Jude Medical Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at St. Jude Medical full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great benefits, good people, good work-life balance.

Cons – Hired for R&D, but spent more than half my time at St. Jude performing other job functions (quality, sustaining efforts, not new product development). Process and paperwork are king. Management gets shuffled all too frequently, leading to a lack of consistency.

Advice to Senior Management – I think things are going in the right direction now. Try to get something done before changing the management team again.
